Vistaprint Completes Acquisition Of Webs Inc.

Techtaffy Newsdesk Vistaprint has completed its acquisition of Webs Inc., a do-it-yourself suite of websites, Facebook Pages and mobile presence solutions for small businesses. The purchase price was $117.5 million, including $101.3 million in cash and $16.2 million in restricted shares.
