UKG expands partnership with Google Cloud to integrate AI in HCM Suites

Google Cloud and UKG, a provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions, are expanding their partnership to bring Google Cloud’s advanced AI capabilities into UKG’s human capital management (HCM) suites.

Leveraging Google Cloud’s GenAI and large language models (LLMs) through Vertex AI, UKG will develop applications for unified search AI and conversational AI in their HCM suites.

The collaboration between UKG and Google Cloud began in 2016, with UKG’s HCM suites and specialty products running on Google Cloud’s infrastructure and unified data platform. Additionally, UKG’s FleX technology platform utilizes Google Cloud.
