HyperGrid raises $25M

San Jose-based hybrid cloud management (HCM) company HyperGrid has closed a $25 million Series C round of funding. The investment was led by new investor HighBar Partners. Existing  investors Atlantic Bridge Capital and Acero Capital also participated in the round.
