Rivos raises $250M

Santa Clara, Calif.-based Rivos, a RISC-V accelerated platform company focusing on data analytics and Generative AI, has raised $250 million in its Series A-3 funding round.

The Rivos funding included participation from new investors Intel Capital, MediaTek, Cambium Capital, CIDC, Capital TEN, and Hotung Venture Group, as well as increased participation from existing investors Walden Catalyst, Dell Technologies Capital, Koch Disruptive Technologies, and VentureTech Alliance.

Matrix Capital Management, the largest investor in this round, has joined the Rivos board, represented by Romit Shah.
