Convoy Raises $260M

Seattle, WA-based digital freight network company Convoy has raised a $260 million Series E round of funding. The funding comprised of a $160 million Series E preferred equity round led by Baillie Gifford and T. Rowe Price. The round also included a $100 million venture-debt investment from Hercules Capital. Additionally, Convoy secured a $150 million line of credit from J.P. Morgan.

Convoy is valued at $3.8 billion according to a statement from the company.
