AOL Sells Majority Stake In Patch

AOL is selling a majority stake in local news site Patch to investment holding company Hale Global. Under the terms of the deal, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2014, AOL will contribute Patch into a new limited liability company, operated and majority owned by Hale Global.
