Zendesk names Norman Gennaro new SVP of worldwide sales

Zendesk has appointed Norman Gennaro senior vice president, Worldwide Sales. Most recently, Mr. Gennaro was a territories market segment leader, North America with Amazon Web Services.

Previously, Mr. Gennaro was a vice president and senior technical director with Oracle.

Mr. Gennaro holds an MBA in Finance and Computer Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame de Namur, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame.
