WindBorne raises $6M

Palo Alto, Calif.-based WindBorne Systems, a weather and climate tech company that uses smart weather balloons for data source, has closed a seed financing round of $6 million.

Footwork led the investment in WindBorne Systems. Khosla Ventures, Pear VC, Ubiquity Ventures, Harvest Ventures, and Humba Ventures also participated in the investments.
