Vimeo names Mark Carter CISO

Vimeo has appointed Mark Carter as the company’s first chief information security officer. He will oversee security, compliance, and risk management at Vimeo, the company said in a statement.

Mr. Carter has 25 years of technical and SaaS experience. His previous roles include serving as the EVP of Security at Salesforce, CISO at Tesla, general manager at Amazon Web Services, director of Payment Platforms at PayPal.

Mr. Carter has a BS in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
