UpdateAI raises $2.3M

Pasadena, Calif.-based UpdateAI, a ChatGPT-powered customer success platform that generates smart summaries of customer meeting notes and automates a follow-up workflow, has raised a $2.3 million funding round.

The investment in UpdateAI was led by IdealabX. Stage Venture Partners, Zoom Ventures, a16z’s scout fund, and Howard Morgan also participated in the round.

UpdateAI has raised $4 million to date.
