Twilio pricing IPO at $15 a share

Cloud communications platform company Twilio announced the pricing of its public offering of 10,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at a price of $15.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Thursday, under the symbol TWLO.

Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Allen & Company, Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, JMP Securities, William Blair, and Canaccord Genuity are acting as co-managers.
