ServiceNow, Nvidia, and Accenture have announced the launch of AI Lighthouse, a program aimed at accelerating the development and adoption of generative AI capabilities within enterprises.
AI Lighthouse allows customers to collaborate as design partners in creating custom generative AI large language models (LLMs) and applications. It combines the enterprise automation platform and engine of ServiceNow, Nvidia’s AI supercomputing and software, and Accenture’s AI transformation services.
AI Lighthouse also aims to enhance self-service options, generating content automatically, including intelligent search results, work notes, and knowledge base articles, and increase developer productivity with intelligent recommendations for code.
ServiceNow functions as the front-end workflow automation and intelligence platform for AI Lighthouse. It utilizes Nvidia’s DGX AI supercomputing and DGX Cloud, as well as its NeMo LLM software, to offer full-stack computing for model training and tuning. Accenture brings its functional and industry knowledge and generative AI strategy, design, and delivery experience to the mix.
