SAIC awarded NAVSUP business systems center contract

The U.S. Navy awarded SAIC an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to provide process and data support services to the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). The multiple-award contract has a one-year base period of performance, four one-year options, and a potential value of $809.5 million for all awardees. SAIC is one of 11 awardees competing for task orders under this contract.

Under the contract, SAIC will provide process improvement, reengineering, management, and data support services for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sustainment on behalf of NAVSUP Business Systems Center (BSC).

The Navy ERP program works to provide a single platform for the Department of the Navy to manage its financial, acquisition, and supply management functions. NAVSUP BSC oversees the development, maintenance, integration, and implementation of business systems for the service branch, joint service, Department of Defense, and other federal agencies.

The contract provides systems and data management services and maintenance support necessary to deliver IT, information management, large scale system integration, and information systems changes to NAVSUP BSC customers and stakeholders.
