RealPage buys eSupply Systems for $7.1M

RealPage, a provider of on-demand software and software-enabled services for the rental housing industry, has acquired eSupply Systems, a San Antonio-based e-procurement software and group purchasing services company.

The acquisition purchase price of $7.1 million includes $5.5 million paid at closing, and $1.6 million to be paid over the next 18 months subject to certain provisions.
