Reader’s Digest Wants to Sell Allrecipes

Reader’s Digest Association (RDA) has initiated a process to explore a possible sale of Allrecipes.com. Allrecipes is a global digital food brand, with over 24 million monthly unique users worldwide. It receives 700 million annual visits and its mobile app has been downloaded nine million times.

Morgan Stanley and Evercore Partners are acting as financial advisors to assist the RDA with the strategic review process.
