London-based Paddle, a software company that provides checkout and licensing solution to businesses, has raised $12.5 million. Notion led the Series B round, and was joined by previous investors BGF Ventures and Kindred Capital. MacPaw, an independent Mac software developer also invested.
The new funding will be deployed across the company, says Paddle. Currently 40 strong, Paddle’s goal is to grow rapidly in London, and the company says it is on track to employ 100 people by the end of 2018.
Paddle has raised roughly $17 million to date.
