Moderne raises $15M

Miami, Florida-based Moderne, a company providing tools to automate migrating, securing and maintaining source code, has raised a $15 million Series A funding round.

The investment was led by Intel Capital, with participation from True Ventures, Mango Capital and Allstate Strategic Ventures.

Nick Washburn, senior managing director at Intel Capital, is joining the Moderne board.
