IBM Opens London Studio

ibm

IBM has opened  a design studio in  London.  Located in the company’s Southbank location, the studio will be the hub of IBM Design in London and will host local teams from the company’s Interactive Experience and Marketing Innovation Group; as well as local product designers, says the company.

Nearly 20 IBM Studios around the world are working on products like a machine-to-machine connected car platform, Bluemix, the open platform that enables developers to build, deploy and manage their cloud applications, and Verse, the company’s email solution.

IBM Design applies the principles of the company’s Design Thinking, which takes a rapid prototyping approach to user-centric product development, as well as IBM Design Language, a framework to build user experiences.
