HP, Foxconn Ink Server JV

HP and Foxconn have inked a joint venture agreement to create a line of cloud-optimized servers specifically targeting service providers. The line will complement HP’s existing ProLiant server portfolio, including Moonshot. Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies are forming a non-equity joint venture, in the form of a strategic commercial agreement.
