Hack This: Amazon Shares Kindle Source Code

Amazon is letting developers download an archive file of machine readable source code for Kindle. The tar files are expectedly huge, around 809 MB; and if you are using Windows you will need to go through some pain to unpack them. But hey, if you are downloading the Kindle source code, you could probably unpack tar files in your sleep when you were three, so thats a moot point.

The source code is available in accordance with certain free and open source software licenses. Now, go, hack. Here is the Amazon link that will lead you to the downloads.
