Facebook Changes Again

8 September 2011

You know what they say; privacy is an ever-changing goal.  Especially if Google+ like behaviors need to be simulated.

Facebook has gone ahead, and tweaked its sharing settings again. Your posts are now not only location-aware, but come with an inline audience selector. You can tag your friends in the posts. You can also selectively share (like Google+) with groups you create. You can approve what goes on your profile now.  And you have the leverage to change your mind after you post.  Details here.

You could also read Facebook’s VP of Product Chris Cox talking about the changes in his Facebook blog post.
