Diane von Furstenberg expands use of Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Global luxury fashion brand Diane von Furstenberg (DVF), with stores in more than 55 countries—is expanding its use of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, says Salesforce. With the addition of Commerce Cloud Store and Commerce Cloud Einstein, DVF will merge online and offline experiences and power AI-driven recommendations throughout the shopper journey.

DVF has been a Salesforce customer since 2011. The company is now extending its use of the Commerce Cloud platform to unify commerce across its online and offline channels, and create more in-store shopping experiences.
