Bloomberg Joins The Linux Foundation

Bloomberg is joining the Linux Foundation as a gold member. Bloomberg is already a member of the Core Infrastructure Initiative, a multi-million dollar project housed at the Linux Foundation to fund open source projects that are critical to core computing functions.

Other gold members of the Linux Foundation include Cisco, Citrix, Electronics and Telecommunications Institute (ETRI), Google, Huawei, Hitachi, NetApp, Panasonic, Renesas, SR Tech Labs, SUSE, Toyota and Verizon Terremark.
