Bank of America selects Oracle ERP and financial apps

Bank of America has selected Oracle’s cloud-based ERP and financial applications for both its international general ledger and its broker-dealer systems. The company now has more than five thousand Fusion Financial cloud applications customers installed worldwide, said Oracle in a statement.

Cathy Bessant, chief operations and technology officer with Bank of America said the financial organization anticipates 80 per cent of its technology workloads  to be delivered on the cloud within the next few years.
