AppDynamics Raises $50M Series D Round

AppDynamics  has raised a $50 million Series D growth financing round. The round was led by new investor Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), and also included AppDynamics’ current investors: Greylock Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

The financing will support AppDynamics’expansion into the global enterprise market, increase investment in R&D, and accelerate hiring, says the company.

AppDynamics provides an application performance management solution for complex, business-critical apps.
