Amazon Prime Will Cost $99 A Year

Amazon is hiking the price of its Prime memberships. Existing Prime members will have to pay $99 per year now, a $20 hike. Student memberships will cost $10 more, at $49. The Prime Fresh membership fee remains unchanged at $299.

Amazon Prime offers free two-day shipping, streaming movies and TV shows, as well as access to the Kindle e-book lending library.
