ZTE  is launching the Grand S cell phones in the U.S. on Saturday. The 0.27 inch Grand S sports a 13 megapixel rear-facing camera, and 2GB of RAM.

• Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor with 1.5 GHz quad-core CPUs

• Battery: 1780 mAH
• Dimensions: 5.59” x 2.72” x 0.27”
• Memory: 16GB in ROM, 2 GB in RAM
