Zoom to acquire Workvivo

Zoom is acquiring Workvivo, a startup aimed at enhancing corporate communication and culture. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 FY2024. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Following the close of the transaction, Zoom plans to incorporate Workvivo’s capabilities into its platform. Workvivos’ founders John Goulding and Joe Lennon, and the entire Workvivo team are expected to be joining Zoom.

Workvivo was founded in 2017. The company has over 100 employees, and presence in Ireland, the UK and USA. Workvivo customers include Liberty Mutual, Lululemon, Ryanair, Madison Square Garden, and Wynn Resorts according to the company.
