Yext Raises $50M

Geomarketing software company Yext has raised $50 million in financing. The round was led by Deven Parekh at Insight Venture Partners. Existing investors Marker, Institutional Venture Partners, and Sutter Hill Ventures also participated.

Yext lets marketers manage their local content through a geomarketing cloud. Over 250,000 businesses use Yext services, according to the company.

Yext is based in New York City and has 250 employees.

Geomarketing is the integration of geographical intelligence into various aspects of marketing, including sales and distribution.
