Yahoo Buys Concert Streaming Company Evntlive

evntliveYahoo has acquired Evntlive, a company that lets people engage with live music online by creating an interactive, virtual venue. Evntlive launched its public beta in April this year, and since then the company has live streamed hundreds of performances from around the world.

The Evntlive service will no longer be available, and the company will intergrate with Yahoo Screen and Yahoo Music following the acquisition.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
