Yahoo Acquires Lexity App Platform

LexityYahoo has acquired Lexity, a startup that has an app platform for e-commerce, and builds marketing apps as well. All Lexity products, services and initiatives will transition to the Internet behemoth now.

Lexity serves ‘tens of thousands of customers across 114 countries’, according to a corporate blog post by the company, announcing the acquisition. 

The size of the transaction was not shared.
