Xumo Releases Smart TV Advertising SDK

xumoXumo has released a Smart TV Advertising Software Development Kit (SDK), that allows Smart TV app developers to monetize their applications with video ads.

Colin Petrie-Norris (CEO, Xumo): This opens up a world of exciting monetization possibilities for TV app developers – and lays the foundation for full ad interactivity, social functionality as well as audio and traditional display ad support.

With the SDK, developers can place video ads, from the network of their choice, into HTLM5 applications before or in the middle of video content.
