Xiaomi Raises $1.1B

Xiaomi

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi has raised $1.1 billion in a round of funding. The latest investment pegs the company at a valuation of roughly $45 billion. Investors in the round include All-Stars Investment, DST Global, Hopu Investment Management, and Yunfeng Capital, along with Singapore-based GIC. Other Xiaomi backers include Temasek, Qiming Venture Partners, and Morningside Venture Capital.
