WiLAN, Sony Enter Licensing Deal

Sony

Technology licensing company Wi-LAN and Sony have entered into a multi-year television technologies license agreement.  WiLAN’s display and television patent portfolio includes patents covering various technologies including V-Chip parental control, display conversion and closed captioning technologies. The agreement also includes certain 3D television technology developed by Sensio.
