Western Digital, Ctera ink private cloud partnership with joint solution

Western Digital and Ctera Networks are partnering to provide a certified solution for IT organizations, to build private clouds that combine enterprise-grade file sharing, data protection, and branch office file storage capabilities. The joint solution combines the HGST Active Archive System with CTERA’s enterprise file services platform.

Services delivered will include enterprise file sync and share, cloud storage gateways, as well as endpoint and server backup.
