Virgin Pulse names David Osborne chief executive

Virgin Pulse, a provider of employee wellbeing and engagement technology solutions,  has appointed David Osborne, the company’s president and COO, its chief executive. The company’s founder and previous CEO, Chris Boyce, has been appointed vice chairman of the board.

Mr. Osborne joined Virgin Pulse in 2016 following the company’s acquisitions of GCC and ShapeUp. Prior to Virgin Pulse, he held leadership positions at DrillingInfo, SumTotal Systems, Lawson Software, and Infor, according to a statement from Virgin Pulse.

Mr. Osborne holds an MBA from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.
