Verizon Business partners with HCLTech for managed network services

Verizon Business has formed a global partnership with HCLTech, selecting them as the primary collaborator for Managed Network Services (MNS) in networking deployments for enterprise customers. This partnership merges Verizon’s network infrastructure with HCLTech’s Managed Service expertise to deliver wireline services to enterprises.

Verizon Business will spearhead customer acquisition, sales, and overall planning. Meanwhile, HCLTech will manage post-sale implementation and support. As part of this restructuring, some staff from Verizon Business Global Customer Operations will move to HCLTech, say the companies.
