Vena Solutions raises $115 million

Cloud-based financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software, company Vena Solutions, has raised $115 million in equity financing. JMI Equity led the round, and was joined by existing investor Centana Growth Partners, who led Vena’s $30 million financing in 2016.

SurePath Capital Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Vena for this round of funding.
