UC Santa Cruz Deployes Huawei Cloud Storage For Hyades Supercomputer

The University of California Santa Cruz (UCSC) has deployed Huawei’s cloud-based Universal Distributed Storage (UDS) for the Hyades system, the primary on-campus supercomputer of UCSC, which is dedicated to computational astrophysics research.

Huawei’s UDS cloud storage system is also deployed at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN).
