Ubiquity Global Services Raises $4M Series A Round

Ubiquity Global Services, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization, has raised $4 million Series A financing. The funding was led by ES Ventures and the Pritzker/Vlock family office.

Ubiquity is headquartered in New York City and has service delivery locations in San Salvador, El Salvador and Manila, Philippines. Ubiquity’s solutions include live customer support services, interactive voice response solutions (IVR), multichannel real-time servicing and a  physical correspondence services.
