Uber to migrate workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Oracle and Uber have inked a seven-year cloud partnership, where Uber will be migrating some of its critical workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Along with the OCI agreement, the strategic partnership includes other areas of collaboration. Oracle will become a global Uber for Business client, selecting Uber as a preferred service provider for its employees.

In a statement the companies said they will continue to work on additional retail and delivery solutions, including consumer experiences with last-mile logistics.
