Tyler Technologies acquires ExecuTime Software

Tyler Technologies has acquired ExecuTime Software, a provider of time and attendance, and advanced scheduling software solutions. ExecuTime has approximately 200 public sector clients nationwide, including municipalities, school districts and counties, many of which are also Tyler clients, said the company in a statement.

ExecuTime, founded in 2007 by Kevin Malone, is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. ExecuTime will become part of Tyler’s Enterprise Group, which includes Munis, Incode, New World enterprise resource planning (ERP), and Tyler’s school and transportation solutions.

Terms of the transaction was not disclosed.
