Twitter Suffers Outage

Twitter suffered a brief outage, and was unavailable for a few minutes on Monday, from 1:08pm PDT to 1:33pm PDT.  Some users also faced issues accessing the microblogging site.

Twitter said the outage was caused by an error in a routine change. The company rolled back the changes as soon as the issue was identified.
