Twitter Search Will Now Show Older Tweets

Twitter

[Techtaffy Newsdesk]

Twitter has started to roll out an update (available both on the mobile and Web versions) that lets users find older Tweets using search. Previously, Twitter search results displayed Tweets going back about a week.

As the microblogging site rolls out the update over the coming days, Tweets that you see in search results will represent just a small percentage of total Tweets ever sent, but over time more and more results will show up.

Twitter has also updated the Twitter Android, iOS and mobile web apps. This release provides a single stream of content in each tab, among other things.
