Twitter Hires Morgan Stanley MD To Head Corporate Development

Cynthia_Gaylor_TwitterTwitter has hired Cynthia Gaylor, managing director at Morgan Stanley, to head corporate development.

Ms. Gaylor has more than 17 years of technology investment banking experience. According to her LinkedIn profile, she has advised clients on over 150 transactions representing over $100 billion in transaction value. Representative transactions she has worked on include Admob’s $750 million sale to Google,Zappos’ sale to Amazon, and Hyperion’s $3.3 billion sale to Oracle, among others.  

Ms. Gaylor has a BS in Economics, Finance, Operations & Information Management, from Wharton.
