Tim Draper Submitting Proposition To Split California Into Six States


Tim Draper, founder of the venture capital firm Draper Fisher Jurvetson, wants to split California into six states. Silicon Valley will become a state in itself, as per his proposal. The news was reported by Gregory Ferenstein at TechCrunch.
