Tidelift raises $27M

Open source software management company Tidelift has raised $27 million in Series C funding.

The investment was led by Dorilton Ventures. Kaiser Permanente and Atlassian Ventures also participated in the round, along with existing investors General Catalyst and Foundry Group.

Daniel Freeman of Dorilton Ventures has joined the Tidelift board.
