Tessera Restructuring Board, CEO Steps Down

Tessera has revamped its board, and is looking for a new CEO, says the company. Robert A. Young, CEO of the company, has stepped down.

Richard S. Hill was appointed chairman of the Tessera board, replacing Robert J. Boehlke. Three new independent directors are joining the board, John Chenault, John H. F. Miner and Christopher A. Seams.

Tessera says the company intends to nominate six independent directors at the upcoming annual meeting of stockholders, including the three new directors and existing directors Richard S. Hill, David C. Nagel and Timothy J. Stultz.
