Tata Communications to acquire Kaleyra for $100M

Tata Communications has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Kaleyra, a global omnichannel integrated communication services provider for $100 million.

The transaction has been unanimously approved by the boards of both the companies, and is subject to approval by Kaleyra’s stockholders, certain regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Lazard Frères is serving as Tata Communications’ financial advisor and Goodwin Procter is serving as legal counsel. Willkie Farr & Gallagher is serving as Kaleyra’s legal counsel.
