Oracle has announced the inauguration of a new Oracle Cloud Region in Colombia, in partnership with Claro. 

Oracle has entered into a multi-year partnership with Microsoft to bolster the AI services used by Microsoft Bing for conversational search capabilities.

Cohere has raised a $270 million Series C funding round. Inovia Capital led the round.

Oracle and Uber have inked a seven-year cloud partnership, where Uber will be migrating some of its critical workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). 

Oracle says it plans to open a third public cloud region in Saudi Arabia. Located in Riyadh, the new cloud region will be part of a planned US $1.5 billion investment.
